To Our Amazing Patients,

We greatly appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.  We acknowledge your understanding as we have had to reschedule or postpone many of your appointments these last few weeks.

As you may have heard, the Governor’s Office, as well as the Utah State Department of Health, has recently lifted the restrictions requiring offices to only see emergencies.  This is exciting news but we also recognize that it was not an allowance to return to “business as usual”.  We have needed to make many adjustments to the way we operate to following the direction of our leaders.

As we start seeing patients we will be implementing a “soft-opening”.  This will allow us to treat those patients with essential needs but still limit the number of patients we are seeing.  This will allow us to do our part to ensure the safety and well being of you, our valued patients, ourselves as your dental team, and the community as a whole.  We ask for your continued patience as we will do our best to meet your needs while following the guidelines set.

As you do return for your dental appointment, please be aware of some of the changes we will be implementing.  Following the direction given us, our waiting room is officially closed and we will be checking you in for your appointment by phone.  Please call our office when you arrive and we will complete your check in, which includes sending you electronically a COVID-19 questionnaire that you will need to complete prior to being seen.  When we are ready for you, we will call you and one of our team members will meet you at our office door, take your temperature, have you sanitize your hands, then accompany you back to the treatment room.  Only the patient being seen will be allowed into the office.

We realize this will be new to all of us, but we are determined to continue to provide the high quality, personal care you have come to expect from us.  We look forward to seeing you again.  If you are in need of urgent care please call our office at 801-295-5115, otherwise our staff will be in contact to reschedule your appointment shortly.
