Are you a provider with my insurance company?

We are contracted providers with the following:

  • Aetna PPO
  • Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • DMBA
  • Delta Dental Premier
  • Select Health
  • Cigna

For insurance policies that we don’t directly contract with, we can still provide dental treatment and submit claims to the insurance company.  In most cases the insurance companies will reimburse the claims.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm

We often extend our hours to accommodate people who have time constraint circumstances.
