Cannon Family Dental Prevention Plan
This is a great option for patients that do not have insurance.
The plan includes:
- 2 Exams by Dr. Cannon
- 2 Cleanings
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- 4 Bitewing x-rays and 3 PAs as needed
15% discount on any treatment or extra x-rays needed.
